my suggestion is to completely remove sg kits. Idk if any of you have noticed but I sure have, sg is not fun anymore.All you do is get 2-shotted and targeted and just get completely obliterated. By removing sg kits, it would return some meaning to sg and not just have it be a slaughter. And your excuse "I paid for my kits" is not valid. It says in the rules that the donations can be altered without buyer's consent. So please. Fix sg and +1 this.
1. There's already a thread like this that was just moved into the Survival Games Discussion. 2. Phys will have to make a coupon code for every person with a kit probably including every ++ kit that you own and/or others own.
Simply removing all kits and leaving those who have donated for them isn't that hot of an idea. While I do agree that SG could do with a good looking at, I don't think that this is the way to do it. oxwood's suggestion to nerf rather than remove kits provides a more elegant solution in my opinion.
I would like to put out a point. Survival Games Kits make money. They make money off people buying kits. If I were a smart business owner, I wouldn't care about the "unfairness" or the "potential new players." All I would care about is the money. Since this IS a money maker, I doubt it will get removed; in all probability any suggestions for more ways to get people to buy kits will be added.
While I personally seldom play SG, this has been suggested countless times in countless different ways. I believe that the owners and staff are always looking to see what is best for the long term on ECC. As this probably involves tens of thousands of dollars in lost revenue, I really do not see any chance of this happening. It seems there are hints of new and improved alternatives in the works while still be able to offer value to those that really believe that this is the best economy server out there. My children and I have played on other servers and there is not one that everything we have built or worked hard for has not been wiped during one upgrade or another. I still have my mayor town from over a year ago here on ECC and personally believe that it will still be there many years from now because of our owners and staff.
