Another fly bug is if you relog or the server restarts from nowhere, your fly doesn't stay enabled like it should. And, when you are floating like 1 block above ground and disable fly, why does It kill you from fall damage?
I have not tryed using a fresh minecraft log-in. And I do not have CJB so it must have something to do with me not using a new minecraft log in. I will test this.
Tested several ways to reproduce, tries using vanilla minecraft and other flying mods, cannot reproduce
