I love Indie games, they offer so much variation and are unique in many different ways. I remember playing a game called "Fortress Craft" on the xbox 360. I loved that game, it was a lot like Minecraft but it came out well before Minecraft on the Xbox did. Now I have been playing many Indie games on the pc, many of them are addicting, I have to say however my favourite Indie game on the pc is....."Little Inferno". Little Inferno offers a very simplistic style of play, the aim of the game is to set objects on fire, you cannot lose. Although the game is very simple it also tells a very clever story which is somewhat addicting. Along with burning objects you also need to complete combos, this can be achieved by burning different items together. As you can see by the screenshot below the game is very childlike and the graphics make the game look extremely pretty. Along the journey of burning objects and achieving combos you get letters from other charactors in the game such as Sugar Plumps whom is a character that is so loveable. These letters tell the story of the game and is a very unique way in doing so. They way you but items is incrediby simple, just open up the catologue and select the items to buy, as you progress through the story you can buy more items from different catologues although they take longer to ship. I love the game so much, I encourage you to try it out, I am sure that you will love it as much as I do, I'm pretty sure that this game can be bought on steam so why not wait till the summer Steam sales. Anyways that is my favourite game, tell me what is yours and why.
