I can't enter the server, since it doesn't ping correctly. If I try to enter, I get the following error: Failed to Connect to the Server Internal Exception: java.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host I've tried restarting my computer, restarting mc, reinstalling mc (and related appdata files), updating/reinstalling java, playing around with the internet settings, and messing with my UDP and TCP ports in firewall, and nothing worked I've also tried a random different server, and that worked fine, it's just ECC
Problem fixed. I have no idea why, but I can log in now. Still would be nice to know why it kicked me like that.
Not quite fixed, I thought it was fixed yesterday when it let me log back on, but then it dc'd me at exactly 4pm. I came back 30min later and I was able to connect again. Don't know if this is an intermittent issue or what. Will post again if I get logged out again. And if it helps, I was also able to connect to my account using a different computer (on different internet) during the downtime on Sunday.
Yesterday I experiencedt he same error message as well...it kicked me about 7 times in intervals of 15-20 minutes.
Can you tell me what version you are using for MC? And if possible, and what, if any, mods are you running. Does this appear on other servers too?
I run ECC on 1.7.10 LiteLoader with Optifine HD_U_A2 (no idea what that means). I run macros on the LiteLoader, and have a texpack. Tried on vanilla 1.8, and 1.7.10, but didn't work for either. Most other servers I can connect to when ECC isn't working, but a few don't work. No idea why, and I haven't seen a trend in these servers that do or don't work.
I dunno what those are, so probably not. The only things I have macro'd are /home , /sell, /seen, /bal, etc.
1.7.2; tried 1.7.10 and 1.8 as well. 1.7.2: Macro; Forge (Industrialcraft and buildcraft for SP). Others: No mods. Nope, only on ECC. I felt like I could answer this as well since I regulary get this message, too...but my case might be different though, it's like roulette. With a chance of 1/3 it says this, another 1/3 is timeout and the last 1/3 is "Disconnected from server". <Might> be related to the original problem. IT works for a while, but then it is completely broken. It shows me ingame, does not accept a single command and after 15 seconds it kicks me.
Can both of you try logging in with CactusChat? http://cactuschat.radthorne.com/ That will give me the full parsed errors. Post the full logs here if possible.
Tried the CactusChat thing, logs below, but says I can't log in. Not sure why, since I can log into ECC just fine now... Log: Could not make request to auth server Login error: Press any key to exit
