I live in an underground base and each time I type /home I teleport to ground level. I have dug down and reset my home multiple times using /sethome and it still won't work. I queried this in chat and one of the admins came to help me, and once I showed them this glitch they told me to post this on the help and support forum. I think it has something to do with the recent change to teleporting home which was supposed to reduce the random dying but in turn has created this new problem. If anyone can help please do!
I've noticed and recalled a bit late that your base has carpets on the floor, right? Non-solid blocks have been known to cause tp issues, perhaps you can try removing them to see if it'll solve the problem?
also make sure there is a 3 tall open space at your arrival point. I have been surface bounced when there is only a 2 block clearance or my tpa target is right against the roof. hope that helps too.
My home teleport is out in the open I just teleported from my partners town to mine and I was kicked for clipping and when I got back on I was dead and my gear was in a cave we’re I supposedly died
Please file a separate ticket for this when it happens again. Include exact time of when it happened, and the exact kick message you received.
