Expected Result: Create plot Evidence:
I am getting the same issue the only thing I can see, and I doubt it could be that simple, is the U in my name listed as owner isn't capitalized...
Unnbearable, have you perhaps tried readding yourself to the town with proper capitalization? When my town was created my name was in all lowercase and it bugged me so I had someone fix it for me. As for french, I'm not sure what might be causing the issue.
the u not being capitalized in my name under owners in /rg i was the issue. I had Orange become an owner and re add me with correct capitalization and now I can create plots. So @frenchhornplayer, check the capitalization of your name under /rg i and see if it's wrong.
I don't believe capitalization is the issue here, seeing as french's name is all lowercase. Perhaps the worldguard plugin had an update at some point between our town creation and being able to create plots? Somewhere in the process of when towns are created and it defaulting owner tags to lowercase, and us removing and readding ourselves as owners reset something that searches for whether you're an owner of that town when looking up if you can create the plots. Surely enough, readding yourself is a solution to the problem it seems.
My guess to this: /settown used to (and probably still does) add your username as an owner instead of your uuid. Plots plugin is probably checking for your uuid to be listed as an owner. Adding yourself fixes the issue as worldguard defaults to adding your uuid and not your username.
I'll do some debugging soon to get to the bottom of this issue. Once I find the exact cause I'll schedule this to be part of our next development session
The quick fix was to remove myself from owner and have someone add me back, as @Videowiz92 prevously stated.
The issue was our town creation commands. They are now fixed, and town creations from this point on should work no problem. Old towns may need to have the owner re-added to them, unless we come up with a solution for old towns.
