    Hey. I am over at my cousin's house, on a different IP, and I am going to play on ECC. However I do not want to be banned for dual-accounting,so this is just a heads-up. Once I get the OK I will play on ECC. This is the same player, just a different IP.

    I don't think it matters if it's just a different IP, different player accounts would be dual-accounting however.
