    I just became resident, all I see is nether, aether, pvp, tutorial, main and the teleport room. requesting portal to mining world.

    There is. Type /spawn and turn around. Go forward and look for the ravine looking place. Walk into it and in the back there is an obsidian portal with water in it. To through there to get to the mining world.
