Common guys this is a historic town, I lived and still live here to this day, I bought a plot here back in DECEMBER! This town is awesome and has great amenities we even have historic buildings to live in!

I'm going to add on to these reccomendations. Eltos is extremely nice, and probably the most well upkept town on the server. Highly reccomended!
