IGN: HCPillarofFire Users Involved in this Contract: eliteshadow0000, ScottTheGod General Purpose of Contract: eliteshadow000 agrees to either pay user ScottTheGod for the Melon sword in which he stole in the amount of $295,000, or in the case of the eliteshadowoooo not having $295,000 then eliteshadow0000 will have to return the Melon Sword back to the user through a chest that I will set up and lock with /cmodify with perms to both parties in this case. The user eliteshadow0000 is to agree to the following terms, and agree that a failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: Pay the user $295,000 or return the sword. If there is a failure to do so the user will be re-banned until further notice that he agrees to do so. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: ScottTheGod must either accept the payment or the return of the sword, eliteshadowoooo must follow through with above specifications or will be banned. HCPillarofFire will provide a protected chest at a location of his choice if the Melon Sword is to be returned. In the likely happenstance that I am not online to create said chest another Staff member may take me place to do this transaction. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
