Co-Mayor Town Officials City Investigator REQUIREMENTS: Co-Mayor Requirements: •Ranked Resident+ •Trustworthy •Must be on at least 3-4 times a week. •Must be a current citizen at Dark_Springs Town Official Requirements: •Ranked Resident+ •Trustworthy •Able to communicate •Must be online for at least 2-3 days a week. •Must be current citizen of Dark_Springs. City Investigator Requirements: •Any Rank •Must have Investigator Feature •Must be on for at least 3-4 days a week. •Trustworthy •Must be current citizen of Dark_Springs. Perks & Restrictions Co-Mayor: •Able to add/remove players from town. (Eviction, etc) •Able to charge fees. (Demolishing Fee, Fines for obstruction of rules and regulations, etc) •Able to advertise in /ch tr for plots, etc. •Keeps 50% of Property sales. Other 50% goes to original owner. •Unable to decide town changes without proper concent. Town Officials: •Able to add players to town. •Unable to remove (evict, etc). •Able to charge fees & fines. •Able to advertise. •Able to keep 50% of the property’s sale, other 50% goes to the original owner. •Unable to decide town changes without proper concent. Town Investigator: •Unable to add players to town. •Able to remove players from town with proper evidence. Ever since I invited you to join my town when you were a builder, I have always wanted to keep helping you.
