I @Sheep_mage agree to give @JimmyZ0811 the pick within 10 minutes from this contract being signed and $30000 payment has been made. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: I @JimmyZ0811 agree to return the eff7 24/hrs from the moment i receive it at a modified chest in /warp station23 (11243, 63, 11409 in rising) I @JimmyZ0811 agree that if the eff7 is broken/lost he'll owe @Sheep_mage 1.1mil ecd or a new eff7+100k ecd to be paid within 2 months of the breach of this contract. I @JimmyZ0811 agree that if I am 1 or more days late returning the eff7 I will owe @Sheep_mage 30k per day on top of the rental fee. After 3 days a complaint will be filed. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum.
