If I were to be hired by you, I my terms in this is that we sign a contract, of course I will make it, I do charge for supplies and labor. You can choose to for me to design it myself, or you can design it. You can choose if you want to supply me with the materials to build the structure, or I can buy the materials and charge for those, next to the labor. speedy9o4, this forum is for hiring me for architecture. If want me to build you houses you must fill out the app, then I would build you houses, but you must pay for houses when they are done. The type of work I do is not simple.
just so you know real estate companies buy houses, shops, factories and land and sell them to other people at a higher price. I think you referred to an architecture company, that designs structures.
