Welcome to the Official Thread of the Town of Eastcaster
Lancaster Real Estate for the Elite ECC Player
    @jmichael214, Mayor

    Official Thread for Lancaster: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/lancaster-official-town-thread.109798/
First, there was Lancaster -- a simple plot town which has expanded to become the busiest town on ECC. Lancaster was followed by Southcaster, which provided larger plots for more advanced players. Then came Morecambe (@eyesee3, Mayor), Pacificlands (@gaget122, Mayor) and Lilydale (@Samiwarbler, Mayor), all within a stone's throw of main Lancaster town.

Now we are pleased to announce the opening of Eastcaster, Lancaster's playground for the most successful players and most ambitious architects. The Lancaster area is successful enough that we can afford to set aside an entire town just for those special players whose dedication to this game sets them apart. Think of it as spawntown quality without spawn chat!

    Photo Tour:

Half of all land in Eastcaster is already reserved for certain Lancaster players, and only the other half is available as plots. Seen here: @gstoner3's mountain to the left, Eastcaster town hall to the right (with thanks to @Mendiboi and the City of Epicure, from whom the design is blatantly stolen)

The town layout of Eastcaster takes full advantage of the natural landscape.

A network of canals covers the entire city, adding scenery and the peaceful sound of running water

This being a game, said canals are already being put to other uses.

Our most ludicrously creative builder, @gstoner3, has been building Caislean Speir (Irish for "Sky Castle") for some time now. Many plots have views of the Castle.

Also available, a secure stable for horse lovers.

    Plots are available in 15 x 15, 20 x 20, and 30 x 30.

    Plot Prices:

    15 x 15: $15,000
    20 x 20: $20,000
    30 x 30: $30,000

The only way to purchase a plot in Eastcaster is to contact @jmichael214 either directly or by posting on this thread. We have built and intend to maintain a town of the highest quality -- spawntown quality without spawntown prices.

Another great addition to the town, at the corner of two major streets I haven't named yet. Should get to that, shouldn't I?

Have you read the rules, and understand the pricing of the plots?
