Town Rules:​

1. No griefing​

2. Replant any farmed items​

3. Be nice to town members​

4. No homes made of cobblestone/dirt/obsidian (spice it up!)​

5. Homes do not exceed 15 blocks of height​

6. Do not destroy apartment/prebuilt walls​

7. No refunds!​

8. Do not cut down trees unless permitted to do so​

9. No breaking the ground at all​

10. No basements unless prebuilts come with them​

11. Shops are only in the market stalls​

12. Vacate town when told to​

13. If you have a criminal record, we will not accept you into the family​

14. Have fun! It is a wonderful community!​

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE SAID RULES WILL RESULT IN A KICK FROM THE TOWN AND THREE DAYS FOR YOU TO REMOVE ALL OF YOUR STUFF. BY BUYING A PIECE OF LAND YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND AGREEMENTS.​

Land Prices:​

Apartment = 1 time fee of $600-$1300​

Prebuilts = 1 time fee of $2000-$5000​

Market Stalls = weekly fee of $500​

Extra members living in same house:​

Apartments = $500 per new member​

Prebuilts = $600 per new member​
