So I be all banned and shit, but it's k. The money I owe you guys is gonna be totally paid off by my alternate account So, sick24, crossfire26, Odoterm, Sjooke, rabidworm, and tguy101, my alternate account will pay off all the money I owe you .
I know it's illegal, but I just can't be so evil as to steal tons of money. With an alt, I can earn back the money with no deadline, as no one will know who I am. Also, since I'm probably perma banned by now, I have to use an alt to pay back my debt.
Well, according to the clause on multiple accounts, it says that alts aren't allowed to be used for benefit. In your case, it isn't really benefiting yourself, so I guess that's alright (Hope I ain't minimodding)
It is illegal. I am benefitting myself by giving myself an extension on the loans, and bypassing a ban, which is illegal.
You know you can appeal.. If you are banned and you come on the server with another account you will be caught.

If I appeal, I probably won't be unbanned due to the number of bans I have to my name, and due to the severity of this ban. Even if I am unbanned, I will be banned again for scamming. If I use an alternate account to get back onto EcoCityCraft, I will be able to take as much time as I need in paying off my debts. Also, I would be gauranteed passage back to ECC.
It's pretty simple. If you get banned, you appeal. If you decide to use a second account to bypass your ban, then your second account will be banned. Currently, your ban is not permanent. I suggest you write out a lengthy appeal. For now, I do not think it's a subject up for discussion. Simply appeal your current ban and work hard to pay back your loans. I wouldn't want you to get into anymore trouble than you already are.
