[Donation Loan Contract]

General Purpose of Contract:​

Him to pay me ecodollars so i may use them to purchase a donation feature from another user, in return i will use either ecodollars i earn from now until end of summer 2013 or actual usd to pay forONE donation of worth 20-30 USD as per ecocitycraft pricing.​

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:​

1. Use the money from EvAlNo for Water donation feature and nothing but.​

2. Pay him back by in some way* fully paying for a $30 USD or less donation feature. This does NOT include getting a combination of 2 $15 donation features, as it is up to $30 for a SINGLE feature.​

*By the end of summer 2013, using Eastern Standard Time should it come very close to the end. Summer is defined as until the Fall Equinox, or Sept 21.​

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:​

Once our combined balances equal enough for me to buy water, he will pay me his balance so that i may purchase it. He must then be PATIENT for me to be able to afford his choice of donation feature, whichever payment method i end up using.​

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:​

P.S. The title is what it is due to the fact that he is paying me money which will be used for a donation, and i pay him back with a donation of his choice worrth up to double the price of the one he got me.​
