I donated on August 11th for water features. I have been waiting for the permissions to place water, and to use the /kit water command. I have have the [$] on my name, recognizing I have donated. Can someone please get right on this. I am very upset.
Andrew gets a lot of PM's and its tough to wade through them all. Try to send 1 more (don't spam him with messages) with a subject line of "Donation Feature Error" or something descriptive so that he knows its important and I am sure he'll get it fixed. It could also be something more serious that he needs to look into such as a charge back, confirmation failure, or some other problem with your account in-game not allowing you to use the feature. Getting no response doesn't mean that he isn't looking into it right now, for all we know he's been working on it. RagMan
Andrew is quite busy, but he's also the only one who can fix these donation things. Please send him another PM, make sure that the title is as descriptive as possible so he knows exactly what it is about. Locked.
