DJNK Construction - Private House Builders

You're a Mayor and you are looking for an experienced, fast and efficient builder to make houses in your town to sell them for profit? Or did you just buy a Town Lot and want a luxury house that will blow your neighbor's mind away? Today's your lucky day!​

A bit about myself:
I've been playing Minecraft since the very early beta stages, so I know my way around. I'm a new player on the server (just got Resident status, thanks to my first building contract!), so that's probably why my prices are low.

Services I'm offering:
- Premium House Building at low price (500.00$ and +)
- Outdoor Decorating (Contact for approximation of prices)
- Indoor Decorating / Furnishing (Contact for approximation of prices)

How much will it cost you?:
It all depends on what you want. Already furnished? Type of rooms? Size? Materials? Etc!
Here are my standard rates:

BASE PRICE
- Size of the lot/house (minimum 10X10) : (Width X Length) X 5.00$ -- Limited Time Offer
Example : 12 X 15 Lot would have a base cost of 900.00$ (12X15 = 180. 180 X 5 = 900)

Materials :
-Every contract include unlimited amount of Wood and Stone based constructions (stairs, ladders, steps, fences, stone bricks, smooth stone, etc) at no extra costs.
- If you want other materials in your construction, such as Glowstone, Nether Bricks, Glass, etc, an extra will be charged. To calculate the price of the extra, I use the server's values for the blocks/items and add 10% to them (So I charge the value of the blocks X 1.10). As an example, lets say I used 20$ worth of glass and 100$ worth of glowstone (100+20 = 120) I'll charge a 132$ extra to the bill (120.00$ + 10%).

Floors (levels)
If you want extra floor(s) or basement(s), the following formula is added as an extra for the bill :
--- (Width X Length) X 2.50$ -- Limited Time Offer
Example : The 12 X 15 house we had earlier would have an extra cost of 450.00$ PER FLOOR/BASEMENT (12X15 = 180. 180 X 2.5 = 450)

Other Extras
- Water Placement : 75$ / Placement. Up to a maximum of 300$ (you can get 2 placements for 150, 3 for 225, 4 or more for 300.00$) ----- FREE on a 25 X 25 Lot or more (unlimited!)!

NOTE: ALL the tools needed for the landscaping, building, etc. is supplied by DJNK Constructions. No extra fees.

Discounts
- If YOU supply ALL the materials (including wood and stone), you get a 20% discount ( Limited Time Offer ) on the FINAL price

How I proceed:

1- Leave your name here with a brief description (approx lot/house siz, etc)

2- I'll contact you on the forums via PM to get all the informations I need

3- A 100.00$ Deposit must be paid. After the payment, I make a house in singleplayer creative mode according to what you asked me. I then show you screenshots, etc. I can send you the world file if you want to take a look.

4- If you're not satisfied with the result, I can make as many "DRAFT" houses as you want, for extra 50.00$ each (deposits are only a way for me to not work on a house for nothing. If you're not satisfied after 3-4 tries, you're refunded)

5- Once you're satisfied with the result, I then calculate the bill and give you the OFFICIAL PRICE.

------- IMPORTANT NOTE -------​

ALL the fees are in this thread. YOU can calculate it BEFORE confirming STEP #4. After I calculate the final BILL PRICE, there will be NO deposits refund. The deposit(s) are deducted from the bill. If, AFTER confirming you want the house, I get back to you with the official bill and you find it too expensive, you're responsible. You have 2 choices : Accept the Price or Cancel the projet and lose your deposit(s).

6- With the bill, I give you details as to how long it will take (as an exemple, I made a 35 X 32 house with a full basement in a single day). I then meet with you INGAME to see the location where you want the house to be built. If you're in a town and you're not mayor, make sure HE'S online to allow me to build in the town.

7- For the payment, its 50% of the full bill BEFORE the build, 25% when I'm half done and the last 25% when I'm done.
