Receives: 10x10 Plot Building/Farming permissions to respective city of the plot. Full Diamond Armor and Tool Set Eligible To Open A Market Stall Eligible To Store Animals (within respective city) One Enderchest. Supervisor (2nd Rank) -- Resident+ Initial Cost: Ten Netherstars Monthly Cost: Twenty Netherstars Receives: 20x20 Plot Ownership perms to respective city of the plot. Ability to add town members for private income of netherstars in respective town (receives initial cost only). Basic Perms To All Divine Nation towns. Access To Community Enchanted Tools (Non-Star Tool) Receives a personal vault in Divinity. Owner (3rd Rank) -- Resident+ (With Donation Feature OR Head Owner Approval) Initial Cost: Entry of a town under Divine Nation jurisdiction OR the construction of a 200x200 stone level in a Divine Nation multi-level town. Either have to be built to Divine Nation specifications by being declared a plot town, a farm town, a pre-built, or an open town. Monthly Cost: Twenty-Five Netherstars AND the monthly approval of the town or level by the Owner Board. Receives: Ownership Rights In Every Town Under Divine Nation Ability to add town members for private income of netherstars in any town. Eligible For Financial Bonuses and Star-Tool Access. Eligible To Serve as a member of the Owners Board (Divine Nation’s Leading Body) Eligible To Receive a Quartz Mansion in Divinity Eligible To Apply For LWCs Access to all actions are in league with Divine Nation rules (Section 3) or are not in disagreement with the private rulings of the president and vice-president. Other Info All lower ranks are obedient within ECC and Divine Nation regulations to higher ranks. The order is as follows: Member < Supervisor < Owner < Vice President < President. All ranks must be purchased or acquired in order from lowest to highest. Ownerships or rights given before the establishment of this contract are still binding, and do not require an initial cost or previous ranks to be acquired. On issues of major circumstance (including the purchase/sale of a town, major griefs, major projects), the Owner Board will be asked to have a vote on the matter (½ of the Owner Board is necessary to be present for a vote to take place). All minor matters (such as griefs, bans, rank applications, payments) may be directly handled by the President and Vice-President. Vice-President carries the authority of the President when in agreement with him. Vice-President is hand-chosen by the President, and is the future successor to the Presidency. The President has full authority unless vetoed by one-half or more of the Owners Board AND the Vice-President. All monthly payments go to the City Treasury, while initial payments go into the personal income of the seller. Owners who perform an LWC application have full rights to the chests and plots being removed. Owners who wish to add their towns or 200x200 plots to Divine Nation must have it authorized by the board. That is, its contents must be approved in the manner specified by the Owners Board. Current ECC staff members may automatically receive perms to any town if requested. Perms expire when they leave the staff. Involved Towns. Towns desiring to enter Divine Nation must state whether or not they wish to be a plot town, farm town, pre-built-town, or an open town. They then must be approved by the Owners Board. Current Towns of Divine Nation: Divinity (Capital) Sanctus Real Buddermantown Plot Sale Plots are sold in two sizes: 10x10 or 20x20. 10x10s are for Members, costing three netherstars initially and ten netherstars monthly. 20x20s are for Supervisors+, costing ten netherstars initially and twenty netherstars monthly. Supervisors+ have the option to use smaller plots if requested. All initial proceeds go to the seller; all monthly proceeds go to the Divine Nation treasury. Apartments Apartment rooms may be sold initially and monthly for whatever price is specified by the board. These prices must be listed on the door or access point to each individual apartment. Pre-Builts (Same as Apartments Until Stated Otherwise) Town Plots Town Plots are 200x200 levels in a multi-level town that are purchased for Owner rights. The cost for these is only their initial construction and the upkeep of the floor in accordance with the Owners’ Board. Rules & Regulations Explicit Rules The following are the rules and regulations of Divine Nation. These are effective in every Divine Nation possession and may only be overturned by the Vice-President or President. The following are listed in order of significance. The consequences are also listed. By agreeing to this Constitution, all members of Divine Nation hold themselves liable to the breaking of these rules and their consequences. Major Crimes: Unapproved Sale or Destruction of Star Tools & Towns -- Immediate Divine Nation Ban / Immediate Server Ban / $250,000 Fine For Towns OR $800,000 Fine For Star Tools, due in six weeks upon reentry into EcoCityCraft. Destruction/Theft of 30+ Blocks (Major Grief) OR Grief/Theft Equaling Over $8,000 ECD In Block value -- Immediate Divine Nation Ban / Immediate Server Ban / $25,000 Fine due in three weeks upon reentry into EcoCityCraft. Destruction or Theft of Any Community Enchanted Tool -- $15,000 Fine due in two weeks before being banned from Divine Nation and EcoCityCraft. Theft From Chests (Any amount) -- $8,000 Fine due in ten days before being banned from Divine Nation and EcoCityCraft. Destruction/Theft of 5-30 Blocks (Minor Grief) -- $5,000 Fine due in one week before being banned from Divine Nation and EcoCityCraft. Insubordination (Intentional or Significant Disrespect To Higher Members) -- Two public warnings before ban from Divine Nation. Pestering or Harassment -- Three public warnings before ban from Divine Nation. Trespassing (Entering Private Property or Plots) -- Three public warnings before ban from Divine Nation. Major Inactivity (Two weeks) -- Removal from Divine Nation. Minor Inactivity (One week) -- Eviction notice. (NOTE: Rule IV is unique in that while the server allows chest theft, as a private organization we do not, unless if the member is inactive and being removed.) Ban = Loss of All Rankings and Possessions in Divine Nation + Appeal To Rejoin Removal = Appeal To Rejoin Implied Rules All server restrictions apply in Divine Nation, but NOT all server allowances apply in Divine Nation (for example, chest theft). The President and Vice-President alone have the right to oversee bans and appeals within Divine Nation. Members+ must report all illegal action. In-Town Rules All additional rules stated in-game on signs within Divine Nation towns carry the same weight as those listed on the Constitution. Both carry equal weight in terms of precedence, and contain no contradictory information between one another.
