    Brief Description:
Six chicks, spawned from eggs (the kind you get from chickens, not the fancy kind) and all had name tags used on them. They were on my owned town, in a locked cage. They were there when I logged last night and now there now. 6 chicks and 6 name tags poof

    Instructions:
No real instructions, this is a first for this land. I have a hand full of other animals on this land and all have stuck around since day one of being name tagged.

How many times did you recreate this?:
Not recreated. I don't want to waste more name tags on chicks if they are going to go poof. Is there a limit or are there certain names we shouldn't use that the butcher will think they are not name tagged?

    Result:
    No chicks

    Expected Result:
I should have 6 chicks laying eggs for me

    I cannot reproduce this.
I have just named several chickens and issues the butcher commands we run, none of the were affected when named.

    Brief Description:
Ran an experiment to see if a chicken (Chuck) naturally spawned and tagged will stick around while a chicken (Chucky) spawned from chicken eggs and tagged would not.

    Instructions:
Found a chicken in the wild, named him Chuck, brought him home and put him in my chicken coop. (all the animals I have either spawned on or by my land). Then threw chicken eggs down until I got a chick. Named it Chucky. 3 other chicks popped up from the eggs, no tags for them and I sat and watched the butcher get them so only Chuck and Chucky remained. I then went to work on my land for a while and when I came back, Chucky was gone. Chuck looked traumatized.

Location: -12316 , 78, -2574 (Chicken coop on my owned land in Main)

How many times did you recreate this?:
    This is now two times.

    Result:
Only the chick (Chuck) spawned in the wild was left.

    Expected Result:
Only the chick (Chuck) spawned in the wild was left.

It seems to have to do with how it was spawned hmm

I've just tested this with natural mobs, and once again cannot reproduce.
Your chicken must've just ran away, I really don't know.

The mob that the game spawns doesn't disappear. Its the mob i spawn by throwing chicken eggs at the ground. It takes a bit, i saw the butcher app make the untagged go poof. The other disappears if i leave. The chickens were in a cage. I'll try it one more time.

Let us know if you have more detailed information eventually. Unfortunately I just cannot reproduce this.
