Hey everybody! Devoted here! So as you know, I make it my little act of charity to give anyone a free stack of quartzblocks to whoever requests it whenever I'm on! But now, I've decided to do things differently by putting the sign-up for it exclusively online. Also, I'm putting this on the general thread because I'm technically not selling anything, only giving it away! If I need to move this thread, or if you have any questions, please let me know! I hope to do a few things by putting up this thread: 1. Allow for me to have a go-to list to make deliveries easier! 2. Allow for players to see for themselves where they are in line. 3. Allow for word of my operation to get out. 4. Set up a donations program for the operation. Here's the big news: while this is strictly a free and charity operation, I've always been open to donations, due to the time it takes from collecting my own money to collect the quartz! Therefore, I'm going to make it to where your donations pay off! If you have donated to the operation, here's what you'll get! First Tier -- $500 -- First dibs over non-donators. Second Tier -- $1000 -- Higher priority than First Tier donators -- Receives two stacks per request. Third Tier -- $3000 -- Higher priority than Second Tier donators -- Receives three stacks per request. Fourth Tier -- $5000 -- Higher priority than Third Tier donators -- Receives five stacks per request. Fifth Tier -- $10000 *Best Value* -- Highest priority. -- Receives ten stacks per request. ~~IMPORTANT NOTES~~ Donation money adds up! For example, if you're third tier and donate another $2000, you're a fourth tier member! Third Tier members and higher are automatically added back into the request rotation after receiving their quartz, and do not have to re-petition! So in a sense, once you reach the Third Tier or higher, you can essentially begin receiving free quartz for life! This is a ONE-TIME payment! Once you pay it, you can't lose your rank except if you're permabanned! Builders are automatic Second-Tier members and the staff team is automatic Third-Tier members! This is to help new players have an easier time getting started and to give a special honor and thank you to our staff team for their service! You may ask, "Devoted, why are you doing this? What do you really hope to gain from this?". The answer's simple: I feel that we can always use acts of charity on ECC, and what a better way to support more of it than to lead by example in starting a quartz giveaway? In a world where everyone can be so bent on becoming richer themselves, I believe that the best way to truly becoming wealthy is to start by being rich in what truly matters: love of one another! I never got mine you were offering the other night! However I would rather someone else more in need and on a limited budget gets it.
I would like to buy the second tier of quartz for now until I can upgrade to another tier. Thx for supplying us w/ quartz
I'm in! I'll donate the next time I'm on of course. I've always liked to donate to people who give to the community without directly asking for something in return. And well, in this case, quartz are something I really need and it's getting harder to find them in the nether
