    Ok i need permission from andy to do this and maybe a popular vote...
    whatever though here is my idea for the competition

    Andy makes a world and has a portal to it...
    The area is completely flat and there are marked off zones for the size of the prison
    We design a prison inside of the marked regions and bam winner recreates prison within ecocity!
