The Dark_Springs Nation Main City: Dark_Springs Mayor: PvPMaster911 Co-Mayors: @RyanJayOlson @pboypetes Dark_Willows Mayors: PvPMaster911 @pboypetes Dark_Canyons Mayors: PvPMaster911 @pboypetes Rules: *All rules apply in all cities within the nation** *NO REFUNDS* 1) No griefing! No exceptions. Depending on the degree of the grief, a fine will vary. In the case of major griefing, IMMEDIATE eviction will follow in addition to a grief report where staff will handle further consequences. (Read about fines at the end of the rules section) 2) Preserve the biome. Please do not destroy any terrain or trees other than what’s on your purchased property. The first offense will result in a fine. The second offense will result in eviction. 3) You have 3 days to build on your purchased plot. Otherwise, an eviction notice will be sent with NO REFUND! 4) When using community farms, please make sure to replant the crops. After several offenses, a fine and or eviction will be given. 5) When building a house on your property, please be careful with your building block selection. We don’t want random, plain builds just sitting there. Try adding some unique and interesting ideas to your builds to add character to the town. No offensive builds. (e.g racist, inappropriate, etc) 6) If a user is found inactive on EcoCityCraft for 10+ days (without prior notice) will result in an eviction. Eviction notice will be sent on your 7th inactive day. However, if you do come online before your 10th inactive day is reached, you will be able to remain. In an event of eviction, chests will be unlocked and removed. 7) All server rules do apply to all cities within this nation. 8) Mining is NOT ALLOWED on the nation's property. Please use /warp mining for all mining purposes. If caught, a fine will be issued. The second offense will result in eviction. 9) Please do NOT exceed more than 20 blocks upwards when building. (Exception: Approval from mayors) If you do illegally, you will be asked to take it down. 10) Building underground is allowed, however, it must remain within your issued property. If caught, a fine will be issued. In addition, it would need to be fixed. 11) Personal farms are allowed. However, it may NOT cover your whole plot. However, if placed on a payment plan, 25% interest will be charged for convenience purposes. No taxes or extra fees will be added for immediate payments. Resident Shops: Resident shops are located in Dark_Springs and Dark_Willows. In order to obtain a resident shop, you must be ranked Resident+, be a town resident, and pay the one-time rental fee of $2,500. If you pay the rental fee in payments, a 30% interest charge will be added for convenience purposes. Dark Nation Farms Located in the lush and rough terrain of Dark_Canyons, you will find the Dark Nation Farms! Dark Nation Farms is currently under construction in hopes of supplying the EcoCityCraft community with a large variety of crops for cheap prices! Dark Nation Farms includes 5 floors of melons, 5 floors of pumpkins, and 1 whole floor of cocoa beans! In addition, another large tower will be supplied with a massive wheat farm. In order to have access to Dark Nation Farms, a perm must be purchased. We offer 5 packages to choose from! Please read all rules, regulations, fines, and perm package information. Hope to see you soon at Dark Nation Farms. Farm Rules & Regulations Please replant crops! When using the cocoa bean farm and wheat farm, it is REQUIRED for you to replant. In the case of pumpkin or melon crops breaking, please replant the crop. No griefing! NO EXCEPTIONS! (Griefing can also be abusing your package plan) Perms MUST be purchased individually, no sharing of perms between other users. No trolling of ANY kind. Be respectful to other members and Dark Nation property. All perm holders MUST agree to any reasonable punishments for rule breaking. (e.g. fines, eviction). No building of any kind is allowed in Dark_Canyons without proper consent from PvPMaster911 or pboypetes. (Plots will be up for sale soon) No EXPENSIVE tools (melon sword, pumpkin ax, etc) will be provided. However, if needed complementary tools (iron or diamond) can be given. Any perm holder inactive on EcoCityCraft for 12 days (without prior notice of inactivity) will be sent a 3-day eviction notice which can be terminated in the case of you logging onto ECC. On the 15th day of inactivity, the eviction will occur. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS! ALL SALES FINAL! Rule Violation Fines & Punishments Griefing: $5000 fine & immediate eviction. Failure to replant: The 1st Offense: $1000, The 2nd Offense: Eviction+$2000 Trolling: $1500+Eviction Building without consent: The 1st Offense: $2000, The 2nd Offense: $4000+Eviction Abusing package laws: $5000+Immediate Eviction **All rules, regulations, and fines are subject to change at ANY time without notice. All actions will be carefully monitored and documented.** Dark Nation Farm Packages "Limited Access" means that there will be blackout dates for that particular farm for that perm holder. Coal Package ($1,500.00 ECD) Access to wheat farm. Limited access to the pumpkin farm. (Access on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday) No access to melon or cocoa farm. Expires within 2 weeks of purchase. Iron Package ($2,000.00 ECD) Access to wheat farm. Access to the pumpkin farm. Very limited access to melon farm. (Access on Monday & Friday) No access to cocoa farm. Expires within 3 weeks of purchase. Gold Package ($4,000.00 ECD) Access to wheat farm. Access to the pumpkin farm. Limited access to melon farm. (Access on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday) Very limited access to cocoa farm. (Access on Monday, Wednesday, & Sunday) Expires within 2 months of purchase. Diamond Package ($6,000.00 ECD) Complete farm access. Expires within 12 months of purchase. A free plot in Dark_Spring or Dark_Willows. (Up to 10x10; $1,000 Value) Emerald Package ($10,000.00 ECD) Complete farm access. No expiration date. A free plot in Dark_Springs or Dark_Willows. (Up to 15x15; $1,500 Value) In order to make sure perm holders are not abusing their package, our town investigator will be periodically checking logs. In an event of abusing package rules, a fine AND immediate perm termination will follow WITHOUT any other chances.
