I am providing a service that allows you to get a town wherever you like!! All you need to do is fill out the application below and I'll get right to it! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Town Costs and Information: The town itself will cost $119k and extra features like warp and flags are additional costs to the main town. See the prices below You must allow up to 1-5 days before I can get the town application sent in. If you have not chosen any extra features like warp or flags you may not be able to get them after the town is created. If you want it within 3 days or less you can pay 25k extra and it will be on the top of my list. Warps: If you want the warp in the middle of the town or corners please specify that in the application below: Keep in mind, if you miss-type the town name in the application and the town application has already been posted I am NOT liable for the town being created with a wrong name. However please private message me if the application is out and I will do what I can to fix it I am able to cancel the order if I feel that I cannot accomplish it in the given time and will give a refund. Payment must be all upfront and in full. I will keep it in a sign until I need it for the town. Totally understand. That feature would cost a bit more then the others as it will be complicated to get all three parties on the same page, I don't mean you but people in particular which is why I didn't add it right away.

I don't want you to do the transfer at all, that would be something I would have to do myself so that it's in my name. I just want you to find me a resident, and I will make a contract for the resident to sign lol
