Town Status Land clearing: Complete! Plots: Marked out and for sale! Town Rules I. General Rules 1. No griefing whatsoever. 2. Please refrain from cussing/swearing in our local chat radius. 3. Being rude to any town owner or member will result in punishment. 4. Trespassing onto other users' properties is not allowed unless you have been given permission. II. Plot Rules 1. Basements cannot go deeper than level Y: 55, if a basement is any deeper, it will interfere with the farms below. 2. Basements must stay inside your plot perimeter (including walls). 3. No farms above-ground except for decoration. 4. Houses must "fit in" with the rest of the town. Nobody likes an eyesore next to their epic creation! 5. Town owners have the right to explore and inspect houses, to ensure all rules are followed. 6. If you will be offline for more than 14 days, place a sign in front of your house saying so. If you don't, your house will be sold to another user or demolished. 7. Plots are to be for houses only, but small stores will be permitted. III. Farm Rules 1. Private farms will be available for sale until all of them are sold. 2. Don't use a farm that isn't yours. 3. You are responsible for keeping others out of your own farm (use locked doors, etc.). The rules are not meant to be mean or restricting, but are there to help keep out bad people, and make sure the town is a place where you can relax, and enjoy ECC!
