IGN: @oxwood2 Users Involved in this Contract: @oxwood2 @Jobin_Whiffer1 General Purpose of Contract: Safe rental of a star rod (Lure 8 Luck 5 Unb 3) I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: Upon recieving 7.5k from @Jobin_Whiffer1 , I will provide a star rod (Lure 8 luck 5 unb 3) named "The Rod of Rasta" for @Jobin_Whiffer1 to use for an hour and a half. I agree not to ask for it back, sell it, or rent it out to another user during this time. I will have a chest at (-10775, 73, -1628) in legacy for return and pick up. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Jobin_Whiffer1 will pay @oxwood2 7500 when the contract is accepted. He then has one and a half hours to use the star rod as he sees fit. @Jobin_Whiffer1 will not sell, rent, or give to another user. He can only get enchanted repairs from @oxwood2 or any moderator. When getting erepairs, @Jobin_Whiffer1 will have to use a locked, cmodify'd chest. If he is unable to return the rod, he will owe 800k or a new Lure 8 luck 5 unb 3 fishing rod within 2 weeks. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
