IGN: @miner1975 Users Involved in this Contract: @Digger0208 General Purpose of Contract: I will be paying @Digger0208 390,000 eco-dollars. He will then return 450,000 eco-dollars in the future. I will have a trade sign with 450 dirts in it. Each dirt will be $1000 I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will be paying @Digger0208 390,000 eco-dollars. He has 5 weeks. if he does not pay me back in 5 weeks and i make a complaint, he will have to pay me 500k (total). Hello @miner1975 Before I can approve this contract a few modifications and clarifications will be needed. First of all, please edit your contract tagging every username mentioned (i.e. @ in front of ign) including yours. Secondly, please specify when @miner1975 will be sending $390k to @Digger0208 so the 5 weeks time frame in which the loan will be paid off can be made clear. Also, please add details as to how @Digger0208 will be paying back the loan to @miner1975. For example, will he be paying it in lump sum or in certain increments? Will the payment be sent directly to @miner1975 using /pay <usernanme> command or will there be a designated sign for the purpose of this loan? etc. Finally, please specify when the breach of contract will occur and complaint will be filed should the loan not paid back in time. @Digger0208 will have to re-read the contract and agree with the terms once again after the edits are made. As for being on the same IP it has been noted by the staff. Should there be more people playing on ECC on the same IP in the future, please contact staff members in game or on the forums beforehand to avoid any misunderstanding.

@miner1975 Thank you for making the modifications. However, I would like to address a few more points regarding the terms. - As I asked you above, please specify when the loan of $390k will be given to @Digger0208 (for example, immediately after this contract is approved or a set date & time). - Please include when the 5 week time frame will begin (for example, immediately after the loan is given or a set date & time) - Please specify where the designated trade sign will be located at (including exact coords and the world it's in is recommended) - Also, there is an issue regarding the following terms: "if he does not pay me back in 5 weeks and i make a complaint, he will have to pay me 500k (total)." At the point the complaint is filed, the arrangement of the repayment is up to the staff's decision and not to the users. Therefore, unless you include an extension period with late fees per day/week/month etc before a complaint can be filed in your contract, you cannot make @Digger0208 pay extra $50k for not paying back the loan on time. Please adjust this term accordingly. @Digger0208 will have to re-read the contract and agree with the terms once again after the edits are made.
@konan200x Im very sorry, but this is becoming way too complicated. Me and him are brothers, and if anything happens, i think i can hanle it. I am sorry that you had to review this so many times, but if you could just disregard/delete/lock (whatever is usually done) that would be great. Again, i am very sorry for this
