General Purpose of Contract:
i am loaning matroxic 15k that is to be paid back as 20k in 1 week time in full if the payment is late by 5 days I will file a complaint against the user if the user is not able to get onto the server i need to be pmed on the forums and a new we must agree on a new time.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
i will file a complaint against the user if the payment is late by 5 days.if the user can not get onto the server and the user notify me i will agree on a new time

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
matroxic must pay back me jdawgv 20k in 1 week time and i the user can not get onto the server the user must pm jdawgv on the forums

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
