IGN: David_Torento Users Involved in this Contract: NinjazOwnager General Purpose of Contract: Selling of a E7 Pick on a payment plan I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will place my E7 Pickaxe "David's Money Maker 2.0" (eff7, unbr3, silk 1 Diamond Sword) in a chest that only me and him have perms to open. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: He will pay an upfront payment of 200k, followed by payments totaling 550k ecd, meaning after the 200k payment, he will pay 50k per day (starting December 11th, 2013) Meaning the full amount is due Dec. 18th 2013 by 11:59 EST Time -If he loses the Pick, I am not responsible, he still owes the total amount -If he does not pay the total amount on the due date, I am able to reclaim the Pick under my full ownership, and not owe him any money, I can choose this if I want, and it is my choice, refusing to return the Pick will be a breach of contract. -If he does not have the amount he can choose to extend the time my paying 10k/day late (ex. he owes 50k on the due date, he can pay 60k then next day) -Not completing the upheld terms is a breach of contract and he will be banned, to be unbanned he will have to either: A. Return the Pickaxe to me with no refund of the money B. Pay an extra 10k/day late, as listed above.
