IGN: Joseph01234 Users Involved in this Contract: mcg1 General Purpose of Contract: Safe payment plan sale of a melon sword. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will provide mcg1 with a melon sword. I will provide mcg1 with a sign in which to make payments for the melon sword in question. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Mcg1 will pay 500k ECD over the course of three weeks in order to pay for the melon sword. In the case that the mcg1 is unable to pay for the sword, she will have a grace period of one week after the provided due date to finish paying for the sword. If she remains unable to pay for the sword she may return the sword and treat the transaction as a rental, having her pay 75k/week for the full four weeks of the transaction. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
