IGN: Delucaco Users Involved in this Contract: VTFAN8 General Purpose of Contract: To facilitate the sale of a efficiency 7 pickaxe alongside a payment plan. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will provide VTFAN8 with an efficiency 7 diamond pickaxe as soon as the contract is accepted. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: VTFAN8 will pay me $50,000 ECD before the delivery of the pickaxe and $550,000 in one payment within two weeks of this contract being accepted (December 6th, 2013). If the user fails to pay the required sum within the two weeks, an additional $10,000 ECD will be added up to $700,000. After that point has been reached and VTFAN8 has not paid all of his outstanding balance, it will be considered breach of contract. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
