All users listed must sign.> General Purpose of Contract: To make sure payment goes through safely, and to receive spawnshop 72. <general outline of what the contract is for.> I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will give eddie 20k before his transfer app is posted to ensure that he has the amount of money needed for 4 weeks. I will then wait for the contract to be accepted, where I will afterwards (After seeing eddie next) will pay him 1.2mil, and within 3 weeks of the spawnshop app being accepted I will pay him another 300k. I will also give eddie Comayor to PLayers as soon as the app is posted. <list here terms that you will uphold in this contract.> The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Eddie will make a spawnshop transfer app in my name as soon as this contract is accepted and i have given him the 20k. He will not remove it for any reason, if it is denied for any reason he is required to pay the fines himself. He will receive 1.2mil after the app being approved. He also agree's not to remove any owners from the town of PLayers. <list here terms that the other parties will be agreeing to by signing this contract.> I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. This Contract is void eddieabery after further discussion reopening this isnt possible, I will make a new one for both of us to sign.
