General Purpose of Contract:
The sale of the town of ShrinkCity

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
StoneIronZ will pay Cardinal3 $18,000 in return for full ownership of ShrinkCity. StoneIronZ will leave Cardinal3 as a member of the town for 3 days to remove any personal items and/or locks.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

Cardinal3 agrees to the following:

She gives up full rights to the town.
She will do the command of /rg addowner ShrinkCity StoneIronZ after the payment has been recieved.
StoneIronZ has the right to do /rg removeowner ShrinkCity Cardinal3 and then /rg addmember ShrinkCity Cardinal3
After 3 day StoneIronZ can do /rg removemember ShrinkCity Cardinal3
She will remove all/any of his locks/items in the town after the sale of the town. She will have 3 days to do this.
She will not attempt to reclaim the town
In the event this clause is broken she will owe $100,000 to the town owner.
In the event she succeeds in reclaiming the town the following apply:
She may not remove/add any owners of the town
She may not remove/add any members of the town
She may not remove/add any locks in the town
All of the previous terms and conditions apply regardless of if a new owner/co-owner is added or if the town is sold.



I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
