General Purpose of Contract:​

The sale of the town of TheHiddenValley​

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:​

Alukolli will pay Gunnerx1 $120,000 in return for full ownership of the town. Upon gaining ownership, Alukolli will add Gunnerx1 and Oatmealman1 to the members list. Alukolli will leave them on the perms list for at the least 5 days. After 3 days Alukolli has the right to remove either and/or both of them from the perms list. Alukolli has the right to do with the town as he sees fit. ​

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:​

Gunnerx1 agrees to the following:​

1. He gives up full rights to the town.
2. He will do the command of /rg addowner TheHiddenValley Alukolli after the payment has been received.

• 1. Alukolli has the right to do /rg removeowner TheHiddenValley Gunnerx1 and then /rg addmember TheHiddenValley Gunnerx1
  2. After 5 day Alukolli can do /rg removemember TheHiddenValley Gunnerx1

1. He will remove all/any of his locks/items in the town after the sale of the town. He will have 5 days to do this.
2. Gunnerx1 agrees to do the following if the town needs a feature added:
   1. Gunnerx1 will not remove the current owner, Alukolli.
   2. Gunnerx1 will file the application with any and all specifications provided by Alukolli, provided that the money is given to him by Alukolli.
   3. During this time Gunnerx1 will not lock anything, remove any members, remove any owners, or file an LWCs.
3. He will not attempt to reclaim the town

• • In the event this clause is broken he will owe $180,000 to the town owner.
    • In the event he suceeds in reclaiming the town the following apply:
      1. He may not remove/add any owners of the town
      2. He may not remove/add any members of the town
      3. He may not remove/add any locks in the town

1. The town is being sold with all buildings included. Therefore, Gunnerx1 will not try to claim any building materials. This contract shows agreement that all building materials now belong to Alukolli.
2. Alukolli has the right to do with the town as he sees fit without intervention from Gunnerx1 unless server rules have been broken.
3. All of the previous terms and conditions apply regardless of if a new owner/co-owner is added or if the town is sold.

Oatmealman14 agrees to the following:​

1. He will give up all rights he may currently have to the town as Co-Owner
2. He will allow Alukolli to do the command /rg removeowner TheHiddenValley Oatmealman1 and then /rg addmember TheHiddenValley Oatmealman1
3. As a member of the town, he will only remove his own personal belongings found in chests. He gives up all rights to any building materials located in the town and agrees they are now Alukollis.
   1. Due to this, in the event there are building materials he believes he should keep, he may contact Alukolli for direct permission.
4. In the event there are any locks in the town Oatmealman1 has 5 days to remove them. In the event that these locks are not removed on time, he acknowledges that an LWC may be filed for them using this contract as evidence.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:​
