IGN:JvHosMuffin Users Involved in this Contract: Nath an2118 General Purpose of Contract: The safe purchase of a town/mayorship. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: JvHosMuffin will give Nathan2118 $25,000. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Nathan2118 agrees to the following: 1. He will apply for a town (making him “President”) The town will be named TitaniumSE and is to be placed at the following cords: x: 10900, y: 80, z: -6400 x: 11100, y: 80, z: -6400 x: 11100, y: 80, z: -6200 x: 10900, y: 80, z: -6200 Nathan2118 cannot use the $85,000 for anything except the town application and must put the application in immediately after the money has been sent or Nathan2118 will be in violation of the contract. 2. As soon as Nathan2118 becomes "President” and the town application is processed, he will perform the command "/rg addowner TitaniumEast jvhosmuffin". Then, jvhosmuffin will remove Nathan2118 as an owner, making jvhosmuffin the only owner and member. 3. If, in the future, jvhosmuffin ever needs to add or remove anything from the town that requires the original owner, Nathan2118 must accept any and all costs for these from jvhosmuffin for these additions/removals, and apply for them on the forums. 4. In the event that jvhosmuffin needs Nathan2118 to apply for any town features, he will temporarily add Nathan2118 as a owner of the town, and then Nathan2118 will apply for the features (after jvhosmuffin pays him for the cost of the features), and then jvhosmuffin will remove Nathan2118 as an owner of the town. 5. Nathan2118 cannot reclaim the town under any circumstances. ▪ In the event this clause is broken Nathan2118 is subjected to the following terms. ▪ Must pay JvHosMuffin $200,000 for damages 1. In the event this is not paid, then the contract will be legally violated and as such a ban will result. ▪ Cannot remove JvHosMuffin from the ownership list, nor add or remove any member of the town or owner of the town. In the event this clause is broken then Nathan2118 will be in breach of contract. ▪ Cannot place or remove any blocks in the town 1. In the event this clause is broken then Nathan2118 will be in breach of contract. ▪ Cannot place nor remove any locks in the town 1. In the event this clause is broken then Nathan2118 will be in breach of contract.
