The 24 hours will start when this contract is approved. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Traker74 agrees to pay me 20k at the start of the 24 hours period. This period will end on 15/09/13. When the rental is over, Traker74 will return the sword to me. If I am not online, Traker74 is free to use it until I do come online. After that, he is required to put the sword in a chest at the coords X=2189, y=64 Z=-5936. Failure to return the sword at the agreed time will result in a contract breach.
