The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: shadowballxx1 agrees to pay me the fee of 100k for the farm. Upon becoming owner, he can remove me as owner if he wishes. However, he cannot remove the following members, unless they are offline for 7 days+: battlor12, coolacdc, ferid_kamoua, ringthane, vaultdweller1o1. If shadowballxx1 wishes to remove these members, he must offer them 3k in return for the orignal 7k paid for perms (compensation). If shadowballxx1 does not offer 3k in return, then he has breached this contract. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
