I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will receive 5k from Maco as he takes 1 hour with the sword. After the one hour is up, he will have to give the sword back. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Maco will return the sword after 1 hour. If he does not, he will get banned and when he appeals he will have to either replace the sword, or pay $400k/1500 nether stars for it.
