I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I dgam02 agree to pay bhwebworld 45k in order to apply for his president rank. Once he applies for president, he will give me the town. By signing this contract, bhwebworld will not be able to reclaim his town without reimbursement. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: He Cannot reclaim the town. If he does reclaim the town he must reimburse me with either 45k or an item of equal value No reimbursement upon reclamation of the town will result in a complaint and possible ban.
