All users listed must sign.> Assajj_Ventress General Purpose of Contract: <general outline of what the contract is for.> To document our arrangement. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: <list here terms that you will uphold in this contract.> I will add assajj_ventress as a co-mayor for my town Cybertron. I am not transferring ownership of the town and assajj_ventress may not remove me or sell the town. I will allow a split of 50/50 for plot sales and town profits. This means no matter who sells the plot they have to share the profit. I will not add any other co-mayor unless assajj_ventress becomes inactive, quits, or is fired. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: <list here terms that the other parties will be agreeing to by signing this contract.> Assajj_Ventress must agree to be a responsible party in management of the town. He will not remove OmniCrafter from the town whether he is "inactive" or otherwise. Assajj_Ventress will split all plot profits 50/50 with OmniCrafter. Both parties understand OmniCrafter maintains full ownership of the town. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
