General Purpose of Contract:​

Minestruction Incorporated (Applies to all current members in standing, along with any additions added after contract has been accepted) has been contracted to build a storage mansion for AJCowLover within a 78x25 area within a town owned by himself. Minestruction Incorporated is required of this contract to build said mansion within the allotted time detailed within the application filled out by szlky, with a 48-hour grace period added to ensure retouching and viewing of the structure by the aforementioned contractor, with additional time allotted if requested and agreed upon by both parties. The price as per the agreement of this contract is 70k plus a 10k budget for materials, for a total of 80k, 35k of which will be provided up front and the latter 45k to be delivered after completion and before lwc rights have been transferred.​

I, Rev_Worrington, agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:​

A mansion shall be constructed for AJCowLover within a 7-day period, after which lwc will be held by me until full payment is assured. ​

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:​

1. Minestruction Incorporated is responsible for the completion of the structure within the time limit, and is required to finish the build except if circumstances prevent this, at which point all money (80k) will be refunded to AJCowLover.​

2. AJCowLover will guarantee access to the property at all times, and any time without permission during the build will be subtracted from the main time budget.​

3. Either party may cancel at any time. However, if building has started, and AJCowLover wishes to cancel, a cancellation fee will apply at the cost of 5k plus forfeiting any budget already spent to Minestruction Incorporated, who will then tear down any structures present.​

4. Minestruction Incorporated is responsible for securing any Ext+ commands necessary for the build, and budget money will be used to accommodate this.​

5. All general rules listed in the Minestruction Incorporated forum page apply.​

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:​
