I agree to allow gabelli perms to my farm in port_ithmyn while making payments til Saturday, August 17, 2013 @ 11:59PM . I agree at the time of writing this conract gabelli has paid SilentShot90 $9,000 towards the Sell Price of $20,000 @ 8/12/13 5:50PM. (Still Owes $11,000) The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: <list here terms that the other parties will be agreeing to by signing this contract.> gabelli agrees to pay SilentShot90 $20,000 for perms to the wheat farm in port_ithmyn by Saturday, August 17, 2013 @ 11:59PM or this contract will be void and no money will be returned to buyer, gabelli. gabelli agrees not to making any structure changes to the farm building until the sell price is paid in full or this contract will be void, no money returned to the buyer and lose perms to the farm. Including but not limited to: Dirt, water, storage room, stone frame of building, glass windows, etc. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
