All users listed must sign.> General Purpose of Contract: renting my melon sword for 24 hours <general outline of what the contract is for.> I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will give oxwood2 my melon sword after he pays my 35k to use for 24 hours starting at the time he signs this contract. at the end of this time frame he will put the sword in my chest located at X:9359 y:63 z:-14255 <list here terms that you will uphold in this contract.> The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: he will give me 35k before I give him the sword and will return it after the 24 hours is up. he will not let anyone repair it exept for myself or a moderator. in the even he looses/breaks my sword he will ow me 350k or a new melon sword to be payed back with in a month. I the event he dose not pay me back in the event that he breaks it and gets banned I will seize all his assets.
