All users listed must sign.> General Purpose of Contract: renting my melon sword for 24 hours <general outline of what the contract is for.> I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will give mustanguy0 my melon sword to use for 24 hours starting when he agrees to this contract after receiving a 20k payment. <list here terms that you will uphold in this contract.> The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: mustanguy0 will pay me 20k before receiving my melon sword as well as 15k after the 24 hours is up. during the time he has the sword he will only have it repaired by moderaters and in the event that he loses the sword/breaks is he will owe me either a new melon sword or 350k to be delivered in 1 month. after the 24 hours is up, he will place the sword in a chest located at x:9359 y:63 z:-14255. if the sword is not in the chest when the 24 hours is up he will ow me a new melon sword or 350k<list here terms that the other parties will be agreeing to by signing this contract.> I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum.
