General Purpose of Contract: To sell town Bekana to user blowtube123 for $350,000 plus his town of "Bongo"


I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to not break anything in the town without Blowtube123's permission beforehand. I agree to move all my chests to my new town (which I will get after his payment) and destroy most if not all of the remaining buildings, if so wants. I agree to place the town portal credit anywhere he pleases. I agree to change the town channel password if he wants me to do so.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Blowtube123 must agree to ALWAYS have me added to the permissions, even if I am not technically doing anything in his town. He must agree to keep his town as "A farm possibly underneath the town with a few large building on top with a horse agility course/track". He may change what he's doing with the town if he beforehand notifies me with /mail, so I can stay updated on what he's doing with it. (I do not have to approve or respond or anything, I just want to know what's going on.) He must agree to keep me updated on the password of the town chat channel. He must also agree that in the event this contract is majorly broken, if ever majorly broken, that I get owner permissions back. ONLY IF THE CONTRACT IS BROKEN SUBSTANCIALLY, minor breaks will not cause this. If this happened it would count has major break: In the event that he COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY DESTROYS THE TOWN from what it was originally without a /mail so I know what's going on, that would be the only circumstance that would cause this to be void and I would get owner back. He also agrees to have some other staff member supermod or above present during the transaction to make sure there are no bumps along the way. He also agrees that in the event Skylexia goes over this same contract I sent her in private message and checks for loopholes that if I post the loophole free contract he must agree to it and then this one would be void.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes.
