General Purpose of Contract:
This Contract has the purpose of outlining an agreement between the involved parties.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
craziestmonkey and I will agree to the following terms: 1) We will pay $4000 per E-Repair chest ordered. 2) We will have the responsibility of all renters and will take responsibility for their actions taken involving the E-Repair chest and their items. 3) We will have the responsibility of providing the chest to be used for E-Repairs.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
KMaxwell will agree to the following terms: 1) The price of each E-Repair chest is to be $4000, no more no less. 2) The chest will not expire and has no limit to number of repairs. 3) SirSolo11 and craziestmonkey are allowed to rent the E-Repair chest to whomever they choose at their discretion. 4) KMaxwell will not claim any extra money after the initial $4000 per chest. 5) KMaxwell will not take any items for herself and will return the item after repairing the item to the chest.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
