I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:​

I OmniCrafter am the sole owner of PhoenixPeak, a town region. This contract is being placed in order to promote my manager, GreatKonstantin, to a co-owner on this region for the purpose of being a manager and assisting in building and planting.​

As majority owner, 2/3 owner, OmniCrafter will grant a co-owner status to GreatKonstantin who will gain 1/3 ownership and the following rights:​

1. Will be added as an "owner" to the region so that he may manage workers at our farm.​

2. Will be granted a "fair share" of profits resultant from working together on this town as determined by OmniCrafter and subject to modification as our business model, level of investment, level of involvement, and level of activity changes over time. See Details of current calculations after this list. (Below)​

3. Greatkonstantin will not be permitted to sell plots, add owners, remove owners, or sell the town.​

4. He will have a right to profits if the town is sold. His share will be (Future Sale Price) - $40,000 (Land Value Omni Paid for) * 33%. Otherwise stated, he will own 1/3 of the region after the initial purchase cost of $40k that OmniCrafter covered.​

5. Neither party will farm the town for personal profit outside our business arrangement.​

6. Both parties understand that personal farming should occur at his home in Omnitopia instead.​

7. Both parties will act in accordance with the goal of creating a profitable business entity out of this land.​

8. Under no circumstance will GreatKonstantin remove OmniCrafter from owner role of the town.​

Costs:
Replanting Wheat: 50s for 190x1 row = About 6 min per 6 rows at $2k/hr
Harvesting Time by Omni w/ Speed 9: 2.25 min per 6 rows at $19.2k/hr, this is the opportunity cost Omni gives up to operate the farm.
Management Time by GreatKonstantin at $3k/hr is his opportunity cost.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:​

50/50 would not be a fair share based on my much higher level of costs, investments, land ownership, $ECC involved, experience, and higher opportunity costs. This is a job offer with ownership rights and no ask for you to pay for 1/3 ownership.

I want to determine profit distribution based on real inputs, not on ethereal decisions. As such I will not relinquish my rights a majority owner. At 50%/50% I would loose money for every hour I put in compared to what I already make. Clearly this is not going to happen.

I believe you deserve a fair share after such calculations. You will make much more per hour than you do today. Thats for sure. I will be basing your opportunity costs (your potential income doing something else if you don't do this) as $3k/hour.

Please do not close. I will try to complete calculations and add to the contract a more detailed description of the section you are unhappy with. I think once it is clearly stated it will make more sense.
