General Purpose of Contract:
Outline of business arrangement for towns and future endeavors.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
From this point forth, I Buddaor will provide Zeta656 with co-mayor of any town I own that is within 1000 blocks of my current town Balmora. We will share all responsibility and profits at an even 50/50. This includes but is not limited to; selling plots, renting out shops, PVP related events, and farm permissions. All personal items owned and collected by myself will remain solely my property. At no time will Zeta656 have any rights to my privately owned plots or items. Zeta656 is responsible for maintaining all shared areas of all towns while I am offline and he is online. At no time will either party have higher authority over the other in regards to shared town areas. I give Zeta656 full permissions to always build a town closer than 15blocks from all of my towns

In the case of one party quitting the ECC server, the other party gains full rights to all shared town areas. The "quitting" party must be consistently offline for over 6 months. after 6 months, this clause will be invoked and the remaining party gains full control and ownership of all shared areas.
In the case of a contracting party becoming inactive, they must give a notice before leaving. If the inactive party is offline for more than 2 weeks this clause will be invoked, and will forfeit all rights to payment. This forfeiture will remain in affect until the inactive party returns, or until the 6 month period is reached at which time they surrender all rights to shared property. This inactive period in no way affects the equal rights. The inactive member still owns and is entitled to their share of property.

"Rightful Ownership or "Full Ownership" Will be defined by a sign placed anywhere on a plot with visible building or parties structure being the obvious boundry defined." Signs place defining full ownership will be placed, and enforced only when both parties have given consent or have agreed mutually upon what is privately owned by the parties involved."

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
