I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: <list here terms that you will uphold in this contract.> I will provide $115,000 game money to gwillydog for the purpose of buying a portal and warp for the city omnitopia4 for which he is the original owner of. Original Town Link: Upon approval of these applications, I will give gwillydog the town named "feathercity" which I am the sole owner of at this time. Hold the $115,000 for a warp and portal until such time as the mods take it for the purpose of the omnitopia4 warp and portal applications. 2. He will post the two applications separately in the correct format on the forum for procesing. 3. The applications will be posted in correct format and with the correct coordinates as lines out by OmniCrafters previously denied applications. NOTE: gwillydog you must change the format slightly!
